（1）施工前應(yīng)預(yù)備好圖紙(沈陽(yáng)塑料托盤)，編制屋頂防水工程施工方案,然后由專業(yè)技術(shù)人員操作人員持證上崗。

（2）鋪貼屋頂防水層的下層必須按設(shè)計(jì)施工完畢，并經(jīng)養(yǎng)護(hù)后干燥，含水率不大于9％；下層應(yīng)平整、牢固網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷公司，不空鼓開(kāi)裂、不起大砂。

（3）屋頂防水層施工涂底膠前，應(yīng)將下層外觀清理干凈。
