原因分析 Reason：
(1)混凝土、砂漿施工質量不良，存在微孔滲透；

堵漏措施 Plugging measures:
(1)拆除飾面材料，暴露滲水部位，涂刷屋頂防水涂料。除純丙烯酸屋頂防水涂料外，通常都要求配合防水聚酯布進行修補。

(2)如有開裂征象，則應對裂縫進行加強屋頂防水處理；貼縫法：對細小的發絲裂縫，可刷屋頂防水涂料并加貼防水聚酯布，作屋頂防水處理；填縫法：若較顯明的裂縫，要進行擴縫處理（北京設計），將縫擴展成15 ×15mm左右的V型槽，在清理干凈后（河南人事考試），刮填屋頂防水涂料或嵌縫材料；填縫加貼縫：除采用填縫法處理外，在縫外觀再涂刷屋頂防水涂料，并粘貼防水聚酯布處理。亦可不拆除飾面，直接在其外觀刷涂純丙烯酸屋頂防水涂料。
